- Applicability: Eligible for both retrofit and new construction projects.
- Qualifying Efficiency Requirement:
- All appliances must be ENERGY STAR rated or rated to the minimum energy efficiency standards set by the program.
- Must have a cooking energy efficiency of 49 percent or higher.
