This incentive is available for replacing existing high-intensity discharge or incandescent fixtures with LED fixtures.

- Applicable to exterior fixtures operating a minimum of 4,300 annual hours.
- Continuous operation lighting must operate a minimum of 20 hours/day.
- Linear LED tube light retrofits or new fixtures do not qualify.
- If specification sheets for the existing fixtures are not included, the default wattages provided in tables 1 and 2 must be used.
- Lamps must be reduced in wattage by a minimum of 40 percent.
- LED fixtures or retrofit kits must be approved by DLC or meet the requirements listed in section 1.1.
