This incentive is available for HVAC savings resulting from LED lighting installed in year-round operational and mechanically cooled indoor cannabis grow rooms.

Required Documentation:
- Spec sheets for new efficient LEDs.
- Nameplate photos or verification that grow space is mechanically cooled.
- Verification that operation is fully indoors and not a greenhouse.
Important Consideration:
- LED to LED projects will not be able to claim HVAC savings.
- Spaces with free cooling are not eligible for this measure.
- Applicability: Eligible for retrofit or certain new construction projects and is only applicable when paired with an LED Grow Lights measure.
- Baseline Efficiency: Existing or new mechanical system in a fully indoor cannabis grow rom, prior to installation of LED lights.
- Qualifying Efficiency Requirement:
- Must be paired with installation of LED lights to be considered.
- Eligible for grow spaces with the lights on >6,570 and < 6,570 hours.
