This rebate is for furnace maintenance service completed by a professional. A professional furnace tune-up is an annual, preventative maintenance service, ideally performed in early fall before cold weather sets in.

Qualifications & Requirements
- GAS CUSTOMERS: Primary heating system must be natural gas.
- Must be performed by a licensed contractor
- Limit one heating system tune-up every 24 months, per system.
- Must be a residential account holder of a participating energy service provider at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 60 days of equipment installation
- The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Rebate cannot exceed the cost of the energy-efficient improvement.
