Qualifications & Requirements
- GAS CUSTOMERS:
- Primary heating system must be natural gas
- Existing/pre R-value must be R-11 or less. Final R-value must be R-49 or greater.
- ELECTRIC CUSTOMERS:
- Primary heating system must be electric.
- Pre R-value must be R-19 or less. Final R-value must be R-49 or greater.
- Must insulate 500 sq ft minimum.
- Limit one (1) attic insulation rebate per home.
- Must be a residential account holder of a participating energy service provider at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 60 days of equipment installation
- The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Rebate cannot exceed the cost of the energy-efficient improvement.
